The good-hearted Tante Marie, who forms part of Arosa folklore, is the inspiration behind the Sunstar Hotel Arosa’s approach to food. Her cordiality and her love for detail are reflected in the creations of our kitchen and pamper not only our guests’ palates, but also their souls. 

 

Half-board guests have the option of alternating between three different localities to bring a bit of variety to their meals. How about a 5-course menu at the Alpine Brasserie? Or would you prefer the carefree atmosphere of the Blind Pig Burger Lounge? Fans of cosy settings will enjoy an evening at our Molkerei restaurant, where Swiss cheese is the star of the show. 

Children up to 11 eat for free in all three restaurants – as long as their parents or guardians have booked a half-board stay. Kids can look forward to some creative dishes of their own! They are on holiday, after all... 

Die Molkerei

In the mood for conviviality around the table? Half-board guests can enjoy a pleasant time in our Molkerei restaurant, offering a variety of fondue and raclette dishes. As a starter, a seasonal salad bowl will be served to your table, from which you can help yourself. There is, of course, something sweet on the menu to round off your meal. 

Enjoy the pure Swissness of our cosy, traditional venue on the basement level and make sure you inform us in good time that you will be dining there instead of your regular half-board option.
