Guest assesment

Good: The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. The room (refurbished one) was very nice, clean, beautiful view to the mountains. Food was pretty good for a family hotel. Great shuttle service. And did I say, the staff was very friendly :)

Bad: A bit run down in parts. Water in the pool too cold / missing a jacuzzi/ hot pool area. The play area is actually a nice idea, but somehow not very welcoming and the installations not too interesting for what the big hall could offer.

Awesome

Good: I loved the spacy room, excellent breakfast and dinner and a great spa and pool. The shuttle bus was perfect and flexible. The staff was very friendly.

Bad: Only 2 small things: 1) I had contacted the property before my arrival via booking.com message and then via on-line chat. In both cases I only got 1 answer back, but no further info to my further questions. As a result, I had to book a table in the restaurant for dinner again once I arrived at the reception. I booked all 3 days of my stay but when I came to the restaurant on the 2nd evening, I realized the reservation was not there. 2) The yoga mats in the fitness centre are very dirty.
