Good: Fantastic staff all around! I had a great room with balcony and view on the stunning mountains - I left the curtains open, just to enjoy this fantastic surroundings day and night. I celebrated my birthday there this year and they went extra steps to make it a special experience! Spa has a fantastic rest area with a spectacular mountain view. Despite the hotel being family friendly, they seperate the families out in the dining area, so no problems with having a peaceful, dinner for the other guests. Great food btw!!
Bad: Spa is also nice - just a little small when it's full in COVID times. Although the number of people in the spa is limited now, there's no limits indicated for the specific sauna's, so you're very dependent on the others there with you.
Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room.
Sunstar Arosa 2019
Sunstar Arosa was very clean and the amenities were great. Arosa is a nice and quiet little ski town with beautiful scenery and plenty of good restaurants.
Very good hotel overall - great for families with kids.
Amazing hotel and had a fantastic stay
Good: Fantastic restaurant and cleaning service. Cosy ambiance and great that ski passes are included in the rate. Great food, good facilities and super convenient that the shuttle brings you to the piste.
Bad: We were a large group and check-in and check-out was a bit of a hassle as they got confused quickly. With large groups they prefer if you book with them directly. Check-out was not possible early in the morning even though we had to make our train.
Good: Great dining hall and lounge great pool very comfortable room
Good: Great staff, great food, great wellness centre and all round a great place to stay when in Arosa
