The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Arosa. Although the hotel provides a shutlle-service, you can do all your shoppings/deplacements by foot. The food in the restaurant is excellent! The staff is very friendly.

Great family hotel !
Great location for families. Kids play room, swimming pool, transferts to ski departure ! Nice staff and good food! The breakfast buffet is really nice. Small gesture like Xmas drinks and waffles is nice.

Great Ski hotel with friends
Hotel Sun Star Arosa was fantastic for our ski holiday,great location,wonderful food,super relaxing well ness area with views of mountain. Rooms light and all you need,plenty of space for clothes and ski wear

Very nice staff, food and welness. Rooms are also fine. General condition of hotel needs update.
Rooms updated and fine, welness fine and food excellent. General condition needs update. To be in this price category you need a better general consition of the hotel. Parts are worn down etc. However, the food, rooms and staff compensate for this.

WILL STAY AGAIN
The hotel is excellent and all people working there, are helpfull and ready to help you with everything regarding in and out of the premises. I cannot find something that di not worked well during my stay and i hope i have the opportunity of going back again in the future
